We would like to introduce a case where our nylon coating technology was adopted for the curve box at a highway toll booth. The product is designed to cover the cable connection section next to the highway toll booth, but it has been confirmed that corrosion is severe due to the effects of ultraviolet rays, rain, and de-icing agents. Due to corrosion, the curve box can no longer fulfill its original role, necessitating new measures for corrosion prevention, which led to its adoption. Additionally, there are cases where nylon coating has improved water resistance and chemical resistance, resulting in grating that can withstand use in chemical plants and similar environments.
