Supports temperatures above 250℃! Demonstrates high reliability even in the harsh environments of aerospace engines.
In the aerospace field, engine components require durability under extremely high temperature environments and high insulation performance to protect precise electronic parts. Failure to meet these requirements can lead to a decline in component performance and the risk of unexpected failures. Honey Chemical's "High Heat Resistance and High Insulation Electrodeposition Resin" has been developed to address these challenges by applying long-established electrodeposition coating technology to heat-resistant resins. By electrodepositing polyimide-based resins, it forms a coating with excellent adhesion and heat resistance, achieving a uniform protective film even on components with complex shapes. [Application Scenarios] - Heat-resistant and insulating coatings for aircraft engine components - Protection of parts used in high-temperature and high-pressure environments - Improvement of insulation properties for components with complex shapes [Effects of Implementation] - Increased reliability and longevity of components - Reduced risk of localized insulation breakdown and leakage current - Stable performance maintenance under harsh environments
