High heat-resistant and high insulation electrocoating resin liquid suitable for joint insulation of industrial robots, capable of withstanding temperatures above 250°C.
In the joints of industrial robots, high insulation performance and durability are required due to the wide range of motion and complex structures. In particular, the risk of insulation breakdown and leakage current may increase due to heat generation during operation and the influence of external environments. In response to these challenges, Honey Chemical's "High Heat Resistance and High Insulation Electrodeposition Resin" forms a coating that achieves excellent insulation and heat resistance by electrodepositing polyimide-based resin, contributing to the reliability of robots. 【Application Scenes】 - Joints of industrial robots - Insulation protection around motors and wiring - Use in high-load and high-temperature environments 【Effects of Implementation】 - Reduction of the risk of insulation breakdown and leakage current - Improvement of the durability and reliability of robots - Enhanced protection through uniform coating formation on complex shapes
