The testo 400 PMV set is an environmental measuring instrument designed to evaluate comfort in offices, commercial facilities, and residences. PMV (Predicted Mean Vote) and PPD (Predicted Percentage of Dissatisfied) are international standards for thermal comfort indices defined by ISO 7730, calculated based on environmental factors (temperature, humidity, airflow, radiation) and human factors (metabolic rate, clothing insulation) comprising six thermal elements. With simple operation, measurements can be easily initiated, and after measurement, results can be exported as PDF reports or CSV data. It is also possible to simulate PMV/PPD by adjusting metabolic rate (MET values) and clothing insulation (CLO values) based on recorded measurement data.
