Scaling Up Gene Medicines ■Process development at an intermediate scale has been a barrier to the development of nanomedicines. The NanoAssemblr Blaze, equipped with NxGen technology, removes that barrier and enables efficient development using the same processes as clinical-scale manufacturing. ■Additionally, Blaze+ allows for formulations of up to 10L, making it possible to internalize late-stage preclinical trials and process development at a low cost.
