Operation Principle This device is prepared at the filling station. The filling of the test liquid into the test liquid container and cleaning container, as well as the discharge of the waste liquid container, is done through pre-installed hoses with quick-connect fittings. This portable device can be easily set up by simply pushing it next to the dissolution tester. The desired program (operating mode) is selected using the LCD touch screen. Depending on the selected program, the dissolution test container undergoes discharge, cleaning, and filling with new test liquid. These three steps are executed sequentially using only one tool for each container, with no adjustments or additional steps required. After that, the device is moved to the next tester, and the same procedure is repeated. It can handle up to 5 testers (6 containers, 900mL) or 9 testers (6 containers, 500mL). These testers can be processed before stopping at the replenishment station. Additionally, the upper tester components (shaft, evaporation cover, cannula, probe) can be cleaned using a separate handheld tool. You can choose and switch between the following methods: - Waste liquid discharge and container cleaning - Test liquid dispensing only - Waste liquid discharge, cleaning, and test liquid dispensing

With one 6-vessel (900mL each) dissolution tester, the time required for cleaning and discharge is only 3.5 minutes. It takes only an additional 75 seconds for dispensing the test solution (for the 6-vessel 900mL testing device). Cleaning of the upper components (evaporation cover, cannula, temperature probe, shaft) takes only 1.5 minutes. The 6-vessel dissolution tester can be used with 8 units or 6 units of 8-vessel dissolution testers without replenishing the cleaning solution. You can use five dissolution testing devices with six 900mL containers until replenishment of the test solution is needed. Replenishment time: approximately 9 minutes (including waste liquid, medium discharge, and cleaning container replenishment). Battery capacity: capable of cleaning and dispensing for up to 250 containers (900mL each).
