**Abstract of the Lecture** Lecture 1: Fatty acids, after being cleaved from membrane lipids due to inflammatory stimuli, undergo enzymatic oxidation and are metabolized into various bioactive lipids. We aim for a comprehensive understanding of fatty acid metabolism and action points using lipidomics and chemical proteomics techniques based on mass spectrometry. In this lecture, we will explain these approaches while incorporating recent insights. Lecture 2: --Abstract in preparation--
