Mobile robots that contribute to the automation and labor-saving of paper supply.
In the printing industry, a stable supply of paper and improved work efficiency are required. In particular, the transportation of paper to the printing process places a significant burden on workers and can lead to delays in takt time. Additionally, to address labor shortages and improve productivity, the automation of these transportation tasks is crucial. Our omnidirectional mobile AMR combined with collaborative robots achieves safe and efficient paper supply through autonomous transportation and collaboration with humans. We also offer proposals for AGV/AMR combined with fixed collaborative robots/industrial robots. 【Usage Scenarios】 ■ Supplying paper to printing machines ■ Transporting finished products ■ Carrying materials 【Benefits of Implementation】 ■ Reduced burden on workers ■ Shortened transportation takt time ■ Increased productivity ■ Realization of labor savings

Company information
Until now, we have continuously faced challenges with the desire to propose optimal system integration to our customers while sensitively responding to the trends of the times in industries such as paper, pulp, automotive, automotive parts, semiconductors, LCDs, and smartphones. Moving forward, we will actively enter the "three industries" of "food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics," which are essential for people's lives, while inheriting this way of thinking. Additionally, in fields expected to grow, such as semiconductors and high-performance LCDs, we will actively engage in the development and manufacturing of precision alignment exposure equipment, inspection equipment, and process manufacturing equipment as a device manufacturer.
