The insulating coating agent (conformal coating) "Fluorosurf FG-3650 series" is suitable for insulating protection of electronic components, waterproofing, leak prevention, and moisture-proof and waterproof coatings for mounted circuit boards. It is non-flammable and does not fall under organic solvent regulations, making it free from fire safety and occupational health and safety law regulations. Additionally, PFOS, PFOA, and PFHxS are not used at all. 【Performance Features】 It exhibits protective functions such as high insulation, high moisture resistance, saltwater resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, high resistance to lithium battery electrolyte, and water and oil repellency, all in a thin film. ■ Compared to other resins, it has high moisture and waterproof properties. → It has 4 times the moisture resistance compared to urethane or acrylic-based moisture-proof coatings at the same film thickness! It exhibits more than 10 times the moisture resistance compared to silicone-based coatings.
