Electropolishing (EP) requires an electrode inside the workpiece. Mechanical polishing (MP) reduces roughness but leaves the surface chemistry unchanged. For 0.2mm ID capillary tubing and bellows interiors, neither method works. KAMEHA is a technical trading company specializing in chemical polishing (CP) of ultra-fine and geometrically complex internal surfaces. Because CP works wherever the chemistry reaches, we developed our own dedicated equipment to apply it to bores that other methods cannot access.
