Online analysis of hydrogen peroxide in the propylene oxide production process (hydrogen peroxide method - HPPO method) using an explosion-proof specification process titration analyzer.
This focuses on the online monitoring of hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) in the HPPO process. Due to the hazardous nature of the production environment, explosion-proof process analyzers are required. Online analysis allows for the reduction of raw material consumption and costs while achieving a high production yield of propylene oxide (PO). Additionally, it contributes to ensuring a safe working environment for operators engaged in this highly dangerous process.
