For enhancing the insulation of automotive motors. High heat resistance and high insulation capability suitable for temperatures above 250°C.
In the automotive industry, particularly in the motor sector, high reliability and safety under harsh operating conditions are required. Inside the motor, it is exposed to high temperatures and electrical stress, making the maintenance of insulation performance essential. A decline in insulation performance can lead to leakage current generation and insulation breakdown, potentially resulting in motor failure, performance degradation, and even safety issues. Our high heat-resistant and high-insulation resin liquid addresses these challenges and contributes to the longevity and reliability of motors. 【Application Scenarios】 - Insulation of windings in automotive motors - Insulation protection for inverter components - Insulation enhancement for high-voltage motors 【Effects of Implementation】 - Reduced risk of insulation breakdown in motors - Maintenance of performance in high-temperature environments - Improved product reliability and longevity
