Prevent work slipping during transport! By combining water-resistant stainless steel and high-grip rubber, optimize the transport efficiency of food and beverage lines!
Are you troubled by "slipping of transported items," "load collapse on inclines," and "scratches or dents on product packaging due to metal contact" in your food and beverage factory's manufacturing and packaging lines? The new brand 'LINEA' offers a product that is a transport chain with a top part made of stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion and water resistance, integrated with high-grip anti-slip rubber. It maintains high friction even in environments prone to wetness and liquid adhesion, achieving stable transport and inclined transport without damaging the workpieces. 【Main Features】 ■ High grip for inclined transport: Prevents load collapse even on steep inclines or during acceleration and deceleration. ■ Prevents scratches and dents on workpieces: Gently protects the exterior of packaged products and beverage containers. ■ Excellent environmental resistance: Uses rust-resistant stainless steel for the base, suitable for hygienic environments. It is also highly compatible with chains from other manufacturers, allowing for smooth replacement in existing lines. We will propose the optimal specifications tailored to your transport environment.
