MAX-Bev CO₂ Purity Monitoring System
Thermo Scientific
FTIR system for online automatic continuous analysis of the purity and trace impurities of beverage CO₂ at the ppb level.
This is an FTIR gas analysis system that automates quality control of CO₂ for beverages. - Simultaneous online measurement of absolute purity and trace impurities of beverage-grade CO₂ - Achieves high-sensitivity analysis at the ppb level through FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) - Eliminates the need for wet analysis methods such as the Zahm-Nagel method, contributing to labor-saving and speed - Supports quality control in compliance with ISBT and EIGA requirements - Automatically switches between up to 10 sample lines, enabling continuous monitoring at multiple points - Converts total reducible sulfur to SO₂ for high-precision measurement - Centralized management of analysis, reporting, and CoA issuance through MAX-Analytical software
