[For Manufacturing of Machine Parts] Downtown FA-Coolant Liquid Automatic Dilution Device
FA50
Affordable and rapid installation of automatic dilution and supply of coolant liquid for small and medium-sized enterprises.
In the machinery parts manufacturing industry, the management of coolant fluids in cutting processes affects production efficiency and machining accuracy. Traditionally, methods such as manual mixing, mixing with ejectors, and manual delivery and refueling have been common, leading to increased burdens on workers and variability in fluid concentration management. In response to this situation, we believe it is necessary to support efficiency and cost reduction through automation. This device automates the measurement and mixing of cutting oil and its supply to various machine tools, contributing to the modernization of the workplace by eliminating manual tasks. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Automatic dilution and supply of coolant fluids in cutting process sites - Reduction of manual fluid preparation and refueling tasks - Reduction of worker burden and improvement of safety 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Improvement of machining accuracy through stabilization of coolant fluid concentration management - Reduction of labor costs and improvement of work efficiency - Increase in productivity through automation
