It is possible to measure the tiny ripple voltage present at the high voltage level of the DC link while maintaining sensitivity!
Our "High Voltage Probes" portfolio includes passive single-ended probes and active differential probes that can handle voltages up to 6000V (peak). The differential models can be used for measurements in CAT IV environments. The differential probes provide excellent common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) over a wide frequency range. With a bandwidth of up to 200 MHz and excellent CMRR across a wide frequency range, they are ideal for measuring high-speed switching semiconductors. 【Features】 ■ 200 MHz bandwidth and excellent CMRR ■ Measurements with top-class accuracy ■ Offset capability of up to 2000V with top-class vertical axis sensitivity ■ Ease of use and complete integration with Rohde & Schwarz oscilloscopes ■ Measurement of voltages up to 1000V (RMS) with a bandwidth of 500 MHz *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
