We would like to introduce the "Optical Isolation Probe" that we handle. By adding the R&S RT-ZISO isolation probing system, we have expanded our portfolio for high-voltage and high-speed common mode signals. This enables us to support test applications for WBG and high-speed IGBT switch nodes.
