Repair Solve is an environmentally friendly paint stripping agent developed and manufactured by Sankyo Chemical Co., Ltd., designed to safely remove old coatings from buildings and steel structures. A major feature is that it does not use harmful substances such as dichloromethane (a carcinogen) that were included in conventional strippers, thereby enhancing safety for workers and the surrounding environment. The product is available in the following series, tailored to specific applications and targets: Repair Solve S / S-2 (for steel structures) Target: Steel structures such as bridges, pedestrian bridges, sluice gates, and transmission towers. Features: It targets old coatings containing hazardous substances like lead and PCBs. As a water-based stripper, it moistens the coating and allows it to be peeled off in sheets, preventing the dispersion of harmful dust and making collection easy. Repair Solve N / N-3 / A (for building exteriors) Target: Exterior walls of schools, apartments, and buildings. Features: It is suitable for exterior wall coatings that contain asbestos. It penetrates deeply into the coating and can be stripped in a moist state, preventing the dispersion of asbestos and enabling safe construction compliant with "Level 3." There is also a biomass formulation type (Repair Solve N) that uses fatty acid esters derived from soybean oil.
