The 9105 series is a highly reliable reed relay designed for high voltage circuits. It achieves a maximum switching voltage of 1,000V and an insulation withstand voltage of up to 7kV, ensuring excellent quality and reliability through comprehensive high voltage testing. It offers both SMD and DIP types, enhancing design flexibility for equipment. The sealed reed contacts enable long life and high-speed switching, with an optional coil protection diode available. It is ideal for applications requiring switching and insulation of high voltage signals, such as ATE (automatic test equipment), EV and battery management systems (BMS), medical devices, measuring instruments, process control, and communication equipment. It complies with IEC 60664-1 and is also RoHS compliant.
