[Case Study] Turbo Molecular Pump for Thermal Vacuum Chambers

Achieving space-saving of the device and simplification of the system configuration! Introducing a case study that provides a low-vibration and clean vacuum environment.

We would like to introduce a case where Dynavac, a manufacturer of vacuum equipment in the United States, has adopted our controller-integrated power supply magnetic bearing turbo molecular pump "TGkine1700M-B." To verify the performance of equipment mounted on spacecraft and satellites on the ground, it is essential to conduct tests that accurately replicate the conditions of outer space. A thermal vacuum chamber is a testing device that simulates the space environment by maintaining a high vacuum state inside and performing extensive temperature control, thereby supporting the reliability evaluation of space equipment. 【Our Initiatives】 - A lineup of vacuum pumps and vacuum components that cover a wide range from high vacuum to low vacuum. - We can provide not only standalone products but also support the construction and proposal of systems (exhaust units, vacuum pump sets, vacuum equipment). *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
