The "PBS83M series" is an atmospheric pressure transmitter that employs a piezoresistive sensor with a built-in temperature sensor for compensation. The measurements of atmospheric pressure and compensation temperature are digitally processed, allowing for highly accurate atmospheric pressure output values across the entire operating temperature range of the transmitter.
