ISO cards are used in electronic money, ETC terminals, vending machines, reader-writers, set-top boxes, ID terminals, and more, but some devices require low-cost connectors with high reliability (durability for insertion and removal). The ISC series is a connector for ISO cards (compliant card: ISO/IEC7816). It has fewer components than conventional products and features a simple structure, making it possible to reduce costs. Our unique contact method, the "seesaw contact method," positions the operation area where the card makes contact away from the contact point, allowing the contact area to be housed within an insulator's hole for dust prevention, thus preventing contact failure. All models in this series are landing type, with guide long type (SMT) and guide short type (SMT/DIP) available.
