For the restoration of the appearance of galvanized zinc! "White Rust Remover"
Melted zinc plating repair agent and white rust prevention agent
Make molten zinc plating shiny! The ultimate solution against white rust.
■A chemical that is not classified as a toxic substance, composed of special organic acids and water. What is required for hot-dip galvanizing is not a shiny, glittery appearance, but excellent corrosion resistance. The white rust that occurs in the initial stages of hot-dip galvanizing is caused by storage methods and other factors. Although it is called "rust," it is formally known as basic zinc carbonate, and unlike red rust, it is not a villain; rather, it acts to protect iron from corrosion, thereby slowing the progression of iron corrosion. White rust disappears over time, and a zinc oxide film that is bonded to the surface of the hot-dip galvanized coating appears. This zinc oxide film functions as a protective layer for the hot-dip galvanized coating. This product is a last resort for those who are particularly concerned about appearance. *If you would like to download the SDS catalog, it is available on our website.
