At Alice Co., Ltd., we manufacture precision resin parts made from POM (Delrin) through machining processes, from single prototypes to small lots and mass production. POM, known for its excellent wear resistance, sliding properties, and dimensional stability, is used in a wide range of applications, including precision machine parts, jigs, and conveyor components. In addition to producing custom-made parts based on customer drawings, we utilize our network of partner companies in Higashi-Osaka for processes that we cannot handle in-house, providing a consistent manufacturing experience.
