Lightweight, insulated, and chemical-resistant. Resin screws, bolts, and nuts that change design.
■ Resin Screws, Bolts, and Nuts At Hirose Instrument Co., Ltd., we offer a wide range of resin fastening parts that cover various materials and shapes. By replacing metal screws, we contribute to improved product performance and trouble prevention. ■ Five Features of Resin Screws - Lightweight: Significantly lighter than metal, contributing to the overall weight reduction of equipment. - Insulation: Ideal for preventing electrical shorts and insulation applications, as they do not conduct electricity. - Non-magnetic: Not affected by magnetic fields, making them suitable for precision measuring instruments and semiconductor devices. - Chemical Resistance: Resistant to degradation in chemical environments, maintaining stable performance. - Corrosion Resistance: Unlike metal, they do not rust or corrode, allowing for long-term use even in harsh, humid environments. ■ Product Lineup - Small Screws: Pan head screws, set pan head screws (with resin/rubber washers), flat head screws, round flat head screws, and flat screws (with slits). - Bolts: Hex bolts (including those with washers and slits), hex socket bolts, hex socket set screws (grub screws), and hex socket low head bolts. - High-precision Bolts: Hexalobular hex low head bolts and hexalobular hex ultra-low head bolts. - Others: Hex nuts and bolt caps.
