At MONday Apart Premium Kyoto Station Kamogawa and Premium Apart MONday Kyoto Gojō, we have introduced a smoking booth for two people, the "QleanAir SF 2000X," which has successfully mitigated the risks of smoking in guest rooms and improved customer satisfaction. There are losses incurred when smoking occurs in non-smoking rooms. If the smell of cigarettes lingers, it can take time to deodorize, and there are cases where the room must be taken off the market for several days. This resulted in significant opportunity loss directly affecting room occupancy rates. By sharing product sizes and requirements from the architectural design stage, we were able to secure installation space without difficulty and implement it smoothly without disrupting the flow of the area. Additionally, the established regular maintenance system provided reassurance. Since the work is carried out with prior notice, it has been completed each time without impacting our guests and has not hindered daily operations. Despite having smoking booths installed in the facility, we have received no complaints from non-smoking guests regarding "concerns about the smell" or "concerns about smoke." This has contributed to creating a comfortable space for both smokers and non-smokers.
