We achieve high-precision hole processing (roundness, cylindricity, hole surface roughness) for steel and stainless steel, which traditionally required two or more processes, in a single operation. This reduces the number of processes and shortens processing time, significantly lowering overall processing costs by eliminating the need for tool changes and tool purchases. In addition to standard external and internal lubrication series that accommodate a wide range of materials from general steel to stainless steel, we also offer external and internal lubrication series of the "MEGA Drill Reamer HARD," specifically designed for high-hardness materials (50-62 HRC) that have undergone heat treatment. We also support regrinding and recoating, ensuring a robust support system so that you can use your tools for as long as possible with peace of mind.
