The PTM pump mixer is an innovative system that achieves mixing (stirring) and liquid transfer within a tank using a single unit. It utilizes the discharge jet of the pump for stirring. The pump employs our magnetic levitation bearingless pump technology, which does not use wear-prone bearings or seals that can cause liquid leakage. As a result, it is a non-contact pump and mixer that significantly reduces particle generation and maintenance frequency. Thanks to the magnetic levitation technology, the impeller floats non-contact within the sealed pump casing and is driven by the rotating magnetic field of the motor. The impeller and pump casing are made of high-purity fluororesin, which has excellent chemical resistance. Together with the rotor magnets, they form the pump head, achieving the cleanliness and reliability required for high-purity processes.
