"EvoLiNQ Mail Sending Checker" is an Outlook add-in designed to prevent email misdelivery for companies using Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online. It automatically detects external domain recipients when sending emails and displays a confirmation screen before sending. It is designed so that emails cannot be sent until all external recipients are confirmed, and it also lists attached files. In addition to being offered as a cloud service, it is also planned to support deployment in on-premises environments managed by the utilizing companies or their own cloud environments.
