The PuraLev i600SU is a single-use magnetic levitation bearingless pump system developed for bioprocess and pharmaceutical processes. Its integrated design of the motor and controller reduces wiring labor and achieves space-saving. Thanks to magnetic levitation technology, the impeller rotates without contact, eliminating the need for bearings and seals, which significantly reduces particle generation and contamination risks. It uses gamma-ray sterilizable polypropylene (PP) with biocompatibility, complying with various standards and certifications. The design minimizes the load on fluids, contributing to the maintenance of quality for shear-sensitive liquids such as cells and culture media. Additionally, it features a structure that minimizes the retention of bacteria and contaminants, enhancing hygiene. The bayonet-style socket allows for easy replacement. A gamma-ray sterilized pump head is also available, making it suitable for single-use processes. By combining flow sensors and pressure sensors, feedback control is achieved, enabling stable flow and pressure control. Furthermore, by connecting to a multi-pump system, multiple pumps can be networked for efficient control and monitoring.
