Integrated manufacturing from extraction to formulation Manufacturing is carried out at the Hamamatsu Factory located in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. We can handle integrated manufacturing from the extraction of plant materials to formulation (powder, granules, liquid, emulsion). 2. Laboratory verification on a small scale Before actual implementation, laboratory verification on a small scale is possible. Additionally, we can propose manufacturing methods based on laboratory tests according to your requests. 3. Thorough quality control We maintain strict quality control at each stage leading to product commercialization. Quality control for each intermediate process is also possible. 4. Flexible assembly Independent processes allow for flexible assembly of the manufacturing process. We can accommodate requests for specific processes such as "extraction" or "powdering" only.
