■ Target products: Industrial PCs from the 4D series onwards, and standard products based on industrial PCs (all-in-one controllers, high-performance displays) ■ Warranty period: Long-term 3-year plan (36 months from the date of manufacture) / Long-term 5-year plan (60 months from the date of manufacture) *Basic warranty is the earlier of 1 year after purchase or 18 months from the date of manufacture ■ Warranty conditions and coverage: Limited to send-back repairs within Japan (travel and transportation costs are borne separately). Coverage includes the PC body and options set at the time of manufacture (excluding separately sold items and replaceable parts such as UPS batteries, storage, AC adapters) ■ Exclusions from warranty coverage: Deviation from usage conditions, human actions (drops, impacts, etc.), natural disasters (lightning, flooding, etc.), repairs or disassembly by other companies, changes in appearance (scratches, dust, discoloration) ■ Plan prices and contents: 3 years (LW-3Y): 15% of the reference standard price of the product / 5 years (LW-5Y): 30% of the reference standard price of the product.
