【Application】 This product is a surface inspection probe that utilizes electromagnetic induction and eddy current array (ECA) technology. It requires little to no coating removal or pre-treatment of metal materials and is used for detecting surface and subsurface open cracks, various defects, stress corrosion cracking (SCC), corrosion, and pitting, as well as for measuring the length and depth of defects (sizing). It enables rapid and high-precision wide-area scanning in a single pass as an alternative to conventional methods such as magnetic particle testing (MT) and penetrant testing (PT), and it also supports the storage of inspection data and C-scan display. 【Track Record and Application Examples】 There is a wealth of experience in major industries such as nuclear power, power generation, oil and gas, and aerospace, particularly in the maintenance and quality control of infrastructure and various critical components. - Piping, vessels, and welds: Inspection of cracks and corrosion in butt and fillet welds of carbon steel, stainless steel, pipelines, pressure vessels, tanks, etc. - Turbine-related: Inspection of cracks in complex shapes such as turbine blades, generator slots (wedge areas), rotor bores, and wing grooves. - Drive components: Detection of minute surface cracks occurring at the tips and roots of large and standard gears.
