Liquid can be instantaneously dried to obtain powder! The development of this lab equipment has made it easier to scale up to larger machines.
A drying method that replaces spray dryers, significantly reducing initial capital investment and drying energy consumption. It can also be provided in a space-saving system that integrates heaters, liquid supply pumps, and vacuum pumps. Drying of high-viscosity products is possible. Vacuum drying can accommodate heat-sensitive raw materials. Being horizontal, it allows control of operating conditions without being affected by gravity. In a closed environment, there is no contamination of raw materials, and CIP (Cleaning In Place) is also possible. As a continuous system, it allows for production adjustments based on operating time with the same equipment.
