For static electricity countermeasures in belt conveyors and sorting equipment. Reduces foreign matter adhesion with conductive fiber brushes.
In logistics and conveying equipment such as belt conveyors, roller conveyors, sorting equipment, and automated warehouses, static electricity can be generated due to friction with the conveyed items. As a result, problems such as dust adhesion to cardboard and plastic containers, film sticking, and increased risk of foreign matter contamination can occur. Our conductive brushes suppress the generation and accumulation of static electricity by using conductive fibers. They are easy to install without the need for a power supply and can also be retrofitted to existing equipment. They can be utilized as one of the measures against static electricity and foreign matter in the conveying lines of logistics centers and factories.

basic information
Conductive bristle materials such as Eleva, Mono8, and Thunderon can be used. We will propose the optimal bristle material according to the application and installation environment. The brush shapes can accommodate channel brushes, plate brushes, and roll brushes. Customization of brush length, bristle height, wire diameter, and mounting method is possible. They can be installed around equipment frames and conveyors to dissipate static electricity from charged transported items and equipment. Since no power supply is required, static electricity measures can be implemented while keeping running costs low. We also accommodate custom-made production.

Applications/Examples of results
We are considering applications for static electricity countermeasures in the logistics and material handling industry. This can be utilized for static electricity measures for cardboard and plastic containers flowing on belt conveyors, preventing dust adhesion on roller conveyors, improving transport quality in sorting equipment, and addressing foreign matter in automated warehouses. Additionally, we have received inquiries regarding transport lines for packaged goods and film products, as well as automated transport equipment in logistics centers. We can design and manufacture custom brushes tailored to equipment specifications and installation space.
Company information
You can order custom-made brushes starting from one piece, and standard brushes can be ordered with a click. I absolutely love custom-made brushes too (^^)/ Brush Village @ Koshin Giken, a manufacturer of industrial brushes, is an online shop for brush mail order! The uses for brushes are too numerous to count, including cleaning, polishing, deburring, sealing, and more. Even we, as manufacturers, are surprised by this. We have a variety of brushes in different shapes available (^^) We also welcome inquiries for other uses, so please feel free to contact us!
