For plated housings and metal parts, it can be difficult to achieve conductive connections through soldering or screwing. By applying and curing conductive adhesive, it can be utilized for fixing ground wires, GND connections, and achieving conductivity in shielding materials. ONE-HAND MIXING is a product that allows for the automatic mixing and dispensing of a two-component conductive epoxy adhesive with silver filler using a dedicated cartridge and mixer nozzle. - No weighing or mixing work is required, reducing variability in the mixing ratio by the operator. - It cures at room temperature, making it suitable for conductive connections in heat-sensitive resin parts, FPCs, LEDs, and around sensors. - Conductive adhesion is possible without using a soldering iron, even on materials that are difficult to solder, such as glass, resin, aluminum, and stainless steel. - It retains flexibility after curing, making it usable for repairs and connections in areas subject to bending and vibration. *For detailed data, please check the TDS and the special website.
