This is a conductive adhesive that does not fall under the category of pharmaceutical-grade hazardous substances and complies with RoHS and REACH regulations. It can be stored at room temperature, eliminating the need for refrigeration or freezing, which reduces the burden of storage, transportation, and management in universities, research institutions, and corporate environments. ONE-HAND MIXING is a product that allows for the automatic mixing and dispensing of a two-component conductive epoxy adhesive containing silver fillers using a dedicated cartridge and mixer nozzle. - No weighing or mixing is required, which minimizes variations in the mixing ratio by the operator. - It cures at room temperature, making it suitable for conductive connections in heat-sensitive resin parts, FPCs, LEDs, and sensor areas. - It enables conductive bonding to materials that are difficult to solder, such as glass, resin, aluminum, and stainless steel, without the use of a soldering iron. - It retains flexibility after curing, allowing for repairs and connections in areas subject to bending and vibration. *For detailed data, please refer to the TDS and the special website.
