Laser marker for traceability linking measurement data and product substrates.
LMS-K500ML (Inline CO2 Laser Marker / Support for Linking Measurement Data by Board within the Process)
Link the measurement data to the unique ID of the circuit board to ensure that the measurement values are reliably associated with the specific board.
If the measurement values obtained within the process cannot be linked to a specific circuit board, they cannot be utilized later. The LMS-K500ML is an inline CO2 laser marker that directly marks a unique ID (2D code or text) on the circuit board at the very beginning of the SMT assembly line, creating a foundation for receiving measurement and data on a per-board basis. 【Scenes for Utilizing Unique IDs through Laser Printing】 - Recording measurement data such as dimensions, appearance, and electrical characteristics linked to the unique ID of the circuit board - Ensuring traceability of measurement results within the process - Consistent management of the line through integration with measurement and inspection equipment 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Connecting measurement values that were previously fragmented by process into a chronological history for each circuit board - Early detection of changes in process conditions based on trends in measurement results - Eliminating data mix-ups and transcription errors, ensuring the reliability of measurement records
