In 2004, a senior care facility that introduced our filtration equipment has been considering updating their filtration system after approximately 21 years since its installation. Meanwhile, the long usage hours of the bathroom and the running costs of the electric heaters used for bathtub heating have also become issues. In line with the update of the filtration equipment, we proposed our new product, the **bathtub heating heat pump**. After confirming the facility's usage conditions and the operating hours of the bathroom, we conducted a comparison of running costs with the existing electric heater system. We presented an energy-saving simulation reflecting the operational conditions of each facility, offering a proposal that included not only the equipment update but also long-term maintenance costs. In addition to the peace of mind that comes with the equipment update, they appreciated the expected energy efficiency and reduction in running costs, leading to the adoption of our proposal. Furthermore, our company provides comprehensive support from development, manufacturing, and sales to maintenance, which has been positively evaluated for its ability to continue supporting the facility after installation. *Note: The running costs and energy-saving effects are estimated values calculated based on the facility's usage conditions, operating conditions, and electricity rates, and actual effects may vary depending on the usage environment and operational situation.*
