Meech VacClean is a contact web cleaning system designed to remove non-bonded dry contaminants adhered to web surfaces such as film, paper, and labels. It neutralizes static electricity with static elimination bars positioned at the entrance and exit of the web, and disrupts the air boundary layer on the web surface with brushes. Additionally, it concentrates turbulence and suction with a polished stainless steel faceplate to efficiently remove fine contaminants. It is suitable for a wide range of web manufacturing and processing applications, including printing, labeling, inflation films, coating, slitting and rewinding, food and pharmaceutical packaging, and paper and converting.

Neutralizing static electricity to suppress reattachment of foreign substances: Static removal bars are placed at the entrance and exit of the cleaning head to neutralize the charging of the web. This is also effective in preventing the reattachment of foreign substances after cleaning. Disrupting the air boundary layer to remove fine particles: The brush disrupts the air boundary layer near the web surface, making it easier to remove fine particles. Focusing turbulence and vacuum suction: The web is brought into contact with two polished suction face plates, generating turbulence while concentrating the suction to efficiently remove foreign substances. Excellent filtration performance: When using the Meech air handling unit, an F8 grade bag filter is standard. It captures 90-95% of 0.4μm particles, and it is also possible to switch to an H14 grade HEPA filter. Can be installed in narrow spaces: It features a compact web contact area, making it suitable for equipment with space constraints. Compatible with high-speed and wide webs: The maximum web speed is 1,600m/min, and the maximum web width is 3,980mm. By connecting manifolds, it can accommodate even wider webs.
