When the protective device detects this, the entire low-voltage circuit will experience a power outage, causing even equipment that cannot be stopped for various reasons to shut down simultaneously. By applying Type B grounding to the touch prevention plate installed within the low-voltage winding, even if the low-voltage circuit is ungrounded, the contact current generated within the transformer can be discharged to the ground through the touch prevention plate. In cases where equipment that is difficult to stop, such as servers and routers in a data center, is connected to the low-voltage circuit, measures against contact can be implemented by adopting a transformer with a touch prevention plate while keeping the low-voltage circuit ungrounded.
