It significantly improves the maintenance cycle from once every two weeks to once every six months. This reduces the annual maintenance frequency by approximately 92%, contributing to a decrease in maintenance man-hours and equipment downtime. While maintaining the current machine's compact and lightweight design and excellent spray performance, it adopts a new special wiper seal structure. The wiper seal follows the movement of the needle, suppressing paint clogging that tends to occur with typical gaskets. It achieves stable operation for a long period without the need for lubrication. With its unique structure, which has already obtained a utility model, it greatly reduces the maintenance burden on-site. Additionally, its high compatibility with existing equipment minimizes the burden during updates.
