This prevents drips and smudges of the liquid agent, maintaining high coating quality. - Elimination of long conveyors and drying ovens: There is no need for long buffer lines for drying or large separate drying ovens. This dramatically shortens the total length of the coating line and effectively utilizes limited factory space. ◎ "Quality Stability" and "Non-Stop Operation" - Preventing uneven drying of the liquid agent through airflow control: The hot air (ambient temperature) inside the device is controlled to dry without putting unnecessary stress on the coated surface. This suppresses the generation of bubbles and whitening phenomena caused by rapid solvent evaporation. - Maintaining coating cycle time: Substrates are continuously stored in the magazine without stopping as they are discharged one after another from the applicator. The drying time is absorbed within the device, preventing downtime in the preceding and following processes.
