In a comparative analysis between polyethylene foam (30kg/m³) and Nefab's FiberFlute Type 190 (the lowest density type in the FiberFlute series), we examined which solution demonstrates superior performance using equivalent material thicknesses (20/40/60mm). As a result, FiberFlute showed a G-value that was 40-45% lower. This means that by using FiberFlute, products can be protected with less material compared to polyethylene foam.
