We received a repeat order for the "Hitorimaki" from a certain manufacturing company in Saitama Prefecture. When I saw the Hitorimaki that arrived, I was surprised by its vibrant blue color. The Hitorimaki we are currently using is over 20 years old, so it's natural for it to fade, but the fact that there is absolutely no fading in terms of functionality and durability is impressive. Over the past 20 years, we have disposed of only 3 out of 20 pieces; one was torn due to a wire snagging, and only 2 were damaged due to hooks, rubber, or Velcro. Our company has also gone through several generational changes among workers, and there has likely been some rough handling among them. Additionally, the storage conditions in the warehouse have been poor, with temperatures dropping below freezing in winter and exceeding 45 degrees in summer, yet there has been no deterioration of the rubber parts of the bands, and the adhesion of the Velcro remains intact. I truly believe this is a product we can confidently offer to users. The background of the purchase dates back over 20 years to a time when classic wrap packaging was the norm. Our workers observed the use of Hitorimaki packaging to secure plastic containers at a certain company, and it was adopted to reduce the use of stretch film. Thus, it was decided to make the purchase, as it was beneficial for our company without any drawbacks.
