Yamato Gosei Co., Ltd. manufactures integrated molded products made of different resins and colors through two-color molding on a contract basis. By molding two types of resins in the same process, there is no need for adhesion, assembly, or secondary processing. This reduces the number of parts and achieves high-quality exterior components without assembly misalignment or steps. We have a proven track record in mass production for medical device housings (top cases for blood glucose meters / AS resin × ABS resin) with strict quality requirements, and we possess the know-how to finish two materials with different designs and textures into one component with high precision at the boundary. Molding is carried out at our factory in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) using the Sumitomo Heavy Industries SE230HS-CI (clamping force 230t), operating 24 hours a day in three shifts. We handle everything from gate cutting to tray packing in-house, allowing us to ship in a ready-to-deliver state, thereby achieving stable supply for mass production and total cost reduction simultaneously. Customers who wish to "eliminate the assembly process" or "reduce costs with integrated parts of different materials" are invited to send us drawings or sample parts. We will promptly respond with feasibility and estimated costs.
