This is a case of urethane rewrapping for wheels used on ceiling cranes in a factory. Previously, ester-based urethane was used, but due to prolonged use, hydrolysis progressed, causing the urethane to deteriorate to the point of crumbling. Therefore, the material was changed to ether-based urethane suitable for the operating environment, and rewrapping was carried out. By enhancing resistance to hydrolysis, the deterioration of urethane was suppressed, achieving a longer lifespan for the crane wheels.
