This is a case of changing the material of the tray used to set the objects being blasted in a wet blast device. Previously, synthetic rubber or metal was used, but the surface of the tray gradually wore down due to the repeated flow of a mixture of water and blast media. This particularly caused the area around the holes to be eroded, resulting in an increase in hole diameter, which led to the problem of the set objects falling. Therefore, the material of the tray was changed to highly wear-resistant urethane rubber. By suppressing wear from the blast media and preventing the expansion of the hole diameter, the longevity of the tray and stable blasting processing were achieved.
