The Peltron K-398X series is a silver/silver chloride conductive ink/paste that can be designed according to the application in terms of electrode shape, area, and wiring pattern. It is suitable for unique designs of chemical electrodes and biosensing electrodes. The Peltron K-398X series is a silver/silver chloride (Ag/AgCl) conductive paste for screen printing, formulated domestically in Japan. - Being domestically produced allows for easy procurement and short lead times. Compared to overseas products, the supply is stable, making it ideal for BCP and second-source measures. - Multiple grades with different mixing ratios of silver and silver chloride are available. It uses an epoxy resin binder that considers adhesion to the substrate and durability after curing. The standard curing conditions are 130°C for 20 minutes. Printing conditions, film thickness, and curing conditions need to be confirmed based on the substrate and electrode design.
