The Peltron K-398X series is a conductive paste for screen printing made from silver/silver chloride (Ag/AgCl) that is formulated domestically in Japan. - Being domestically produced, it is easy to procure and has a short delivery time. Compared to overseas products, the supply is stable, making it ideal for BCP and second source measures. - Multiple grades with different mixing ratios of silver and silver chloride are available. It uses an epoxy resin binder that considers adhesion to the substrate and durability after curing. The standard curing conditions are 130°C for 20 minutes. Printing conditions, film thickness, and curing conditions need to be confirmed according to the substrate and electrode design.
